Loft ladder is a vertical ladder on wall with no sides and loft has no way to lock it or secure so active supervision of young kids required. Flooring has no insulation so any light sleepers will hear every...

'The cottage was very cosy, clean and it had everything we needed. I reccomend it to all. The onely thing that could be better is the communication via the app of Expedia or VRBO. It didn't work.'

No toiletteries in the room was my first in NZ. Claim of fre WIFI is, like more often in NZ, just a few MB are free. Than u pay. I do not understand this. Free should be free. You dont’t offer free parking up to 3 am do you...'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nelson at Alan’s property. Communication with Alan was a breeze along with check-in and check-out. The house was as advertised, well stocked and clean. The location was amazing, as you could be walking along the Maitai, wandering the Queen’s Gardens or brunching downtown in a matter of minutes. We will definitely be booking Alan’s property on our next visit.'

'Lovely modern, clean, cosy and comfortable town house accomodation for our family to use as a city centre base to explore all that Christchurch has to offer by foot or the excellent bus network. Two double beds and a nice double sofa bed in the lounge was able to easily accommodate our family of five. Kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater. Overall we were delighted with our choice of accomodation and it was a perfect place to stay.'

'Overall we had a great stay at the house. Would have been nice to use the fire, but it wasn't operational, and the heat pump remote had flat batteries...but the heaters in the house made up for it and we had a warm house all the time. We had 6 adults in the house and found that very comfortable. A few others things didn't work perfectly but I passed these in to the property manager and hopefully they'll lbe sorted for the next people. Great location just out of town and not too much uphill...

'Well situated place to stay near central Queenstown. The room has spectacular views of the lake. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Would give it a 5 but the bedroom lacked plug points and cupboard space was limited. Otherwise it was great place to stay. '
