Bedding was comfy, The grounds are well maintained, beautiful. The lighting at night is magical. It was a 10 minute walk into town, which made it a quiet place away from the busy activities in town. 'Very bad experience. We left the hotel since the bed was terrible. We escalated to onsite manager and she acknowledged the bed condition and mentioned they had ordered new matrices. However, we had to drive back to NYC since it was not possible to sleep at all. We escalated to Expedia and requested a full refund. There was also an issue with temperature - room was extremely cold and manager suggested to provide us with a heater. However, we didn’t take this option and drove back home. We...
