'This house was amazing, the owner was very nice and helped us get checked in to the property seamlessly. Our family had to come in for a funeral and all the events took place in Chula Vista and this house was central to everything. 'The check in was easy and it was a plus that we were able to check in early. Lourdes was quick to respond. However, the description and details need to be changed. We were not aware it was part of a multi unit/home. The small common room was also considered the 4th bedroom with a pull out couch. It states there are 3 twin bunk beds but it’s actually only 3 twin size beds. There was no TV in the common area as pictured. The plus side was the patio. 'Our stay was comfortable for our family vacation. The location was great, easy freeway access and close to stores and restaurants. However, the house felt as though it was not cleaned properly. Upon checking in we found food still in the fridge and freezer, the dish towel was dirty, the grill was dirty and not covered, the bathroom drawers had stuff in each drawer. 'This house was reasonably priced for a 7 night stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Having access to the washer/dryer was very helpful. The kitchen had basic pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, kitchen knives, etc. The only thing I needed in the kitchen was a nice sized mixing bowl. There were serving bowls that I was able to use. The Master bedroom and the suite with 2 bedrooms, a small living room and kitchenette was a little warm, better cooling is needed for those two rooms....
