Located just a short walk from Kite Beach, Mareal is one of Cabarete’s newest residential communities, offering 24/7 backup power, a large pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, BBQ area, co-working lounge with a shared kitchen, convenience store, elevator, gated parking, and 24/7 security.

Beach access is approximately a one-minute walk from Mareal’s main entrance, making it easy to enjoy Cabarete’s world-famous shoreline and watersports.

As Mareal is a newly completed development, some shared amenities may not yet be available, and neighboring construction is ongoing. To thank our first guests for their understanding, we’re offering special introductory rates. Any relevant updates will be shared with you before your arrival.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and are welcome to enjoy all of Mareal's shared amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, co-working lounge, BBQ area, convenience store, and all outdoor common spaces.

We simply ask that everyone treats the property and shared areas with care and respects the community guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all.

Mareal welcomes one pet per apartment, making it one of the few pet-friendly communities in the area. Please let me know in advance if you'll be traveling with your furry companion so I can share the community's pet guidelines.
