We had a really wonderful stay weeklong in this property and this unit. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful through WhatsApp. As well, there's an English speaking (expat) on-site manager for this unit who brought us extra towels and drinking water, and was also extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. The unit itself is completely renovated. A water cooler is provided (it offers cold water and boiling water for instant coffee or tea). We loved the fully stocked kitchen and made use of the coffee maker, cooktop, and air fryer daily. There is a keurig machine, but you would need to bring your own pods. We appreciated the full size washer and dryer as we were able to do laundry at the end of the week. All of the furniture is brand new so everything was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We ate breakfast out on the balcony each morning, which was lovely. The pool is a few steps down the path with both full sun areas as well as shaded, surrounded by palm trees, and it features a swim up bar! There is a shelter with tables and chairs, a palapa with hammock and tables and chairs, and an outdoor (clean!) toilet! There's also an outdoor foot / wash shower facility next to the pool to minimize the amount of sand carried back inside each unit.The parking lot had plenty of space for our rental car, and the complex boasts 24-hour security guards. There is also a convenience space for trash / recycling at the top of the parking lot. Overall we were extremely happy!
