Further after check out I needed to get something from my case and called three times the reception at 11:45, no answer. I hurried back to the hotel and was there at 11:50 but it was already closed. No idea when it will be open again but this is terrible service provided. Last time I stayed here.'

'The accommodation itself was great. The room could be way better. First of all the bathroom stank of sewage, the towels smelled very much like vinegar which is horrible an also mold in the shower. But the worst part is that after coming back I found out that there were bed bugs in the bed. I have been bitten all over my arms and legs and it itches terribly. Now the question is whether I did not take them home.'
