Stunning villa overlooking the sea – Villa "Es Racó d'Alconàsser"

Set in a stunning place on a cliff on the Northwest coast of the island, and with direct access to the sea, the typically Majorcan Villa Es Racó d'Alconàsser is situated in the idyllic coastal town of Alconasser. The house consists of two connected units with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. It is a charming property with stunning views from all the windows, and can accommodate 6 people.



Facilities of this beautiful holiday home include Wi-Fi, a TV, a cot and 2 parking places. The stand-out highlight is the covered terrace with garden furniture, a pool and a stunning sea view - the perfect place for relaxing in the sun and watching the sunset.



There are 2 terraces with a dining table and chairs, and a big pool with sun loungers facing the sea. This little paradise also has its own little ecological garden, a cave and two little fountains with fishes and makes holiday dreams come true. Don't forget your snorkeling masks!



The next town, Sóller, with supermarkets and restaurants, can be reached in 16 minutes by car.

The check in is possible until 21:00 h. If guests arrive later than that, from 21:00 up to 00:00 they will have to pay an additional fee for late check in. If guests arrive after 00:00 they will not be able to check in!

The access to the village and the property is through a mountain road.

The road from the road to the house is about 2km, and that it is narrow and in some sections steep. There is no taxi service to the house and a rental car is required to reach the nearest villages.

Smoking inside is strictly forbidden.
