'This property works out great for us when we visit Del Mar. It offers easy access to the freeway and is a reasonable distance from Torrey Pines State Park and the Pacific Ocean beach. The generous full breakfast offered as part of the booking is a real plus. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and eager for your stay to be enjoyable. Parking in the underground garage costs extra, but is worthwhile as on-street parking is limited. '

'We loved this hotel! It was older, outdated & could use updating but the convenience for us was a win. I wish the balconies were more private so I could enjoy my coffee in my PJs without the neighbors but oh well. There was always a musty smell from the humidity when we would return but it wasn’t so bad after being the room for a bit. (We would become nose blind lol) Worth it for the location to restaurants, the beach & the Coaster train depot. We will be back. '
