'Dit hotel ligt dicht langs de snelweg maar daar merk je op de kamers niks van. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. De receptie is 24 uur bemand. De restaurants zitten in het naast gelegen gebouw. Prima nacht gehad.'

'Een hotel ligt aan erg drukke weg, deed geen oog dicht. De foto's deden mij anders vermoeden. Voorts heeft het hotel geen faciliteiten, heb ik geen magnetron aangetroffen op de kamer en was de stoel bij het dressoir ronduit smerig.
In het bed kon je de veren voelen, hoewel het comfort liggend wel te doen was. Belangrijk vind ik altijd de douche, lekker wakker worden. De temperatuur was niet goed in te stellen met de twee aparte handles en de vast douchekop hangt ter hoogte van de borst. Douchen...

'Although I’ve marked everything as excellent, I have to point out that the signature plus townhouse double room is accessed by a steep set of stairs into what was the basement. However it is a very nice room and the bathroom, again accessed by more stairs down (5), is also lovely. If this was pointed out on the Expedia website, I missed it. If it wasn’t pointed out, it should be highlighted, particularly for those with mobility issues.

'Amazing hotel in all regards. Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely area, nice walks nearby, great hotel rooms and restaurants. Clean, very nicely furnished. Superb service from staff. Great food in the Hancock Kitchen (less formal of the 2 restaurants) - didn’t eat at the more formal one. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for many many years. Encourage anyone to visit.'

'Had a lovely stay here the room was fabulous the bed was so comfy we stayed in the wild horse room it had a huge bathroom with bath and walk in shower and the toilet was separated from the bathroom the staff are friendly and nothings to much trouble
