« It was a good location, and the bed was nice. It is up a set of stairs that we either missed in the description or wasnât mentioned. It was hard to bring suit cases up, the plates were dirty with crumbs on them? So I would feel bad for anyone staying longer and needed »

« It didnât seem like it was thoroughly cleaned. There were signs of pets previously being present. The floor and rugs didnât seem to be freshly cleaned. There were signs the bathroom and shower were not freshly cleaned. The property owner did not do a great job of maintaining the needed repairs and maintenance of the unit. The shower fixtures were not in great shape.
The owner or property manager did not include adequate toilet paper and bath towels for our stay. We had to go out and buy some....

« Responsive hosts. House is nice; seems recently remodeled. Cool art. Nice neighborhood, although the house is located at the edge of it on a relatively loud street. Close to airport and several locations. Our main issue was with the pool. Travel was in winter, so we needed a heated pool for the kids. Kids chose this house based on pics and promise of a heated pool. The hosts confirmed in texts, both automated and personalized, that the pool was heated before I booked. When we arrived the pool...
