'Clean and comfortable rooms! Tucked away from main road. A/C and heat worked great. Check in and check out was rough with low staff there as well as inexperienced staff left alone. Not enough towels in room for a 4 person stay (only 3 towels and no wash clothes), got the cold shoulder for asking for a couple more towels. Breakfast bar was cold or empty/not restocked/cleaned the 2 days we were there so be aware if that’s something you need in the am. '

'The gym was small, but basically fine. Loose weights were sufficient. Cardio machines were also totally fine. Would have liked an extra bench for exercises and, this was really less, on the latpully there were not enough loose handles with it. This made the machine virtually unusable.'

I spoke with Marshall Collins, the front desk supervisor, and she was absolutely awesome. The front desk staff were also very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Housekeeping was excellent. 'De kamer is schoon, hotel is prima alleen jammer dat gedurende de 3 dagen we geen schoonmaak hebben gezien en ook geen handdoeken kregen, die moesten we halen. Het ontbijt is ook niet bijzonder. '

'It wasn't made clear to me that there was no breakfast, nor was it pet-friendly! I checked out and checked into the Residence right across the lot. It cost me a little more but I didn't have much choice because I had 2 rooms and had to make sure my guest were comfortable with their stay.'
