In the evenings, gather around the firepit for starlight conversation and maybe a S'more or two.



Designed for modern comfort, the home comes well-appointed with updated fixtures and amenities. Boasting strong natural lighting and an open floor plan, the main floor welcomes household living with space to spread out. Relax beside the gas fireplace in the living room while enjoying a movie night on the flatscreen TV or kick-back with a good book in the sunny sitting area. The backyard has uneven stairs leading to the patio from the dock. Use caution.

While fishing is allowed, HOA rules prohibit guest water access (no swimming, boating or water sports allowed).
