'It was not air conditioning weather, however it did get humid and the air conditioning was hard to control. It would only let us put on the fan. The whole place was nice, clean, and a great family experience. '

The property where we were located had nice amenities and was close to the beach. I would recommend updating the pots and pans, oven mitts and the carpet. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. '

'Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

'Such a cute condo, fantastic ocean view, easy access to the beach. The condo has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Excellent location on north topsail beach.Note that toiletries are not provided and you will have to make up the beds when you arrive. '

'My family and I booked this condo for an October stay and we loved it! We had enough room for 2 toddlers and 5 adults. We utilized the 2 pull out beds and they worked great for 2 adults. There were plenty of sheets and towels for all of us. The weather wasn’t great for our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities, but we still enjoyed the ocean view.
