'Hotel was ok! Location is good since it’s around shops and only 5 mins from the town square. We had our pet and they put us near the front of the property and the dog area was all the way in the back so that’s was an inconvenience. When we got to the room the door was slightly opened which we thought maybe the cleaning crew didn’t properly close. when we got inside the room felt uncleaned and there was a smudge of blood on the bedsheets. Will definitely never stay there again! '

'When we arrived to check in we were told we needed to pay a $100 “refundable” fee that we weren’t told about prior and weren’t prepared for. This fee was not on the receipt anywhere so we were just supposed to trust that it would be refunded “in a few days.” The room was very small and the beds were very firm/hard and quite uncomfortable. The bathtub drain was backed up. Our experience was disappointing with this place to say the least. There are much better properties in Prescott for the same...

'The breakfast to go is handy, but I only wish I could have picked out my breakfast instead of it picked out for me in a bag. Room was clean, and a really nice patio area was available for my husband and I to sit and eat our dinner.'

'The TV was not connecting to any station and when inquired with the front desk staff, there was nothing they could do. The TV stand that had a drawer, the front cover of the drawer was broken, exposing the nails, and the broken drawer cover was laying on the side of the stand. The room smelled musty. There was a few hair strands on the bathroom sink and bathtub. The area was loud throughout the night. You could hear the neighbors talking. '

'Difficulty at check in due to booking multiple room and confusion with length of stay. Credit card machine not working causing wrong card to be charged. **do your own dishes and cleaning. None of our 3-day stay receive any room service. however buffet breakfast excellent with variety of items available'
