« The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied. Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without...

« THE GOOD STUFF: The property is in an area that is conveniently located. The fairgrounds are an easy walk next door and there is a pretty good restaurant (really good if you like catfish) within walking distance. The lodge has a good breakfast on the weekends. On most days the place is very quiet that fits perfectly with the lake view. IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED: The place needs management to sink some money into an upgrade. The rooms for the price are pretty basic to begin with, but a badly stained...

« Staff was very nice …when you actually saw someone. For the money they charge they should be more attentive. No valet no bellmen room wasn’t serviced once in three nights when we also asked for it….and it’s a little tired it needs some sprucing up. »

« Todo bien »

« Do not stay here! Absolutely horrible starting with the disgusting, unwelcoming lobby. Then it went downhill from there: Very expensive for what? No chair to sit in just a bed No Kleenex Nightstand on one side of bed has outlet plugs but they don’t work because there is no where to plug in the main plug? No shower soap No cokes in the Coke machine No ice in the outside ice chest Breakfast options cheap Hair in the floor - not mine TV in one of the rooms did not work Just conditioning shampoo?...

« The room was very clean. It looks like new flooring, paint and tub surround completed recently. Breakfast had a good variety of things to eat. It was better than many of the budget hotels we have stayed at previously. We would recommend this place. »
