'The hotel was nice and the staff were quite accommodating. However, there were a few issues. The a/c was so noisy in our first room that we ended up needing to change rooms. And little issues like constantly running toilets and exceptionally loud ceiling fans in the bathroom,that came on with the light, showed up in both rooms. 'The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning.'
