Bien aucun remboursement sur parking
Chambre très bien.
Le seul petit bémol est que j'ai eu un problème avec ma voiture donc je n'avais plus besoin du parking et que le remboursement du parking n'était pas possible.
J'ai donc payé 20£ de trop.

This hotel is quite far from the airport so advertising it's a short drive to terminal 5 is a big stretch. It was a 25 minute bus ride/taxi to get here.
There is very little dining near the hotel and no entertainment close by. The restaurant in the hotel was pricey. We also had no working air conditioning and one 2 towels in our room that was booked for 4 people. Tried to call to get more and no answer from front desk and nobody at the front desk when we went down. The room was old and it felt run down.
We also asked about a shuttle and we're originally told there was no shuttle service then found out there was after we arrived but honestly they asked 7 pounds per person to use the hotel shuttle and there is a very reliable city bus that picks up on the street out front of the hotel and goes right to terminal 5 for 1 pound per adult with kids riding for free.
Overall I wasn't impressed with this hotel and probably won't stay there again when I go back.

Great staff. Breakfast is same all week, but ok for the price we paid. We stayed 4 days before flying to France. Then came back to same hotel before flying out back to London then USA.
Property is accessible to all your destinations,

The room assigned was in a part of the building that was not heated. After changing rooms to a warmer part of the building the room keys did not work. The staff was apologetic and promptly addressed our issues.

While this property is not as close to the airport as some we’ve stayed in, it was a great choice. Room clean and adequate (miss my Queen bed), with beautiful walk-in shower and delicious hearty breakfast. Transport to airport was easily arranged, arrived on time, was comfortable and efficient. Definitely would choose this hotel again.

Should the parking fine have been paid by the Car Rental Company, they would normal receive a refund if the cancellation request is successful. I was put on second floor of hotel, I asked for higher floor. The road noise was horrible, lots of motorcycles. The room sound insulation is very poor. You can hear every noise. Breakfast was wonderful however.
