I have stayed here before and was under the impression that there shuttle services were still available. During my stay at Al Jawar Al Rahmah, I appreciated the kindness and hospitality of some of the hotel staff. However, prospective guests should be aware that the hotel's shuttle bus service to and from the Haram (Masjid an-Nabawi) is no longer operating. For...

« car drive to Haram is longer than advertized ( 10 minutes). No towels in the rooms and none provided even after request. No check in desk. no instructions received how to check in. room was clean »

« Confirmed reservation from Expedia was not received by hotel and they had no reservation even though made weeks ago. Hotel claims it was Expedia issue while Expedia did not do anything effective to help so overall terrible experience. »
