For the active folk there is an abundance of walks and cycle routes waiting to be enjoyed and for the keen golfer Sandilands Golf Course is nearby.


On entering this spacious bungalow, a good size lounge with Smart TV/DVD, fire place with feature fire, patio doors leading to the garden, The kitchen/diner is well equipped having an electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A shower room with a double walkin shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There are two bedrooms a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.


Heading outside, a patio area with seating, a large grassed area with private access to the beach.
