An exceptional nice, fully equipped and very relaxed apartment in the middle of Sitges centre, only 100m from beach and boulevard! In the front direct contact with the street and in the back, where the bedrooms and the relaxing terrace is, all silent inner gardens. SINCE LAST WEEK THERE ARE SPLIT AIRCONDITIONINGS INSTALLED IN ALL BEDROOMS AND IN THE LIVINGROOM. The apartment is spacious, has 3 bedrooms with 2 king size and 1 double excellent beds, 2 bathrooms, WIFI, airco's, central heating, Smart tv, is fully equipped and very clean. The beds are big and of very good quality. Feels like YOUR second home. Perfect to enjoy Pure Sitges!

The space
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It is decorated with love and it feels like home immediately you enter. The house is fully equipped, has all you wish for and immediately around the apartment are all the facilities that Sitges has to offer.
You will sleep in silence although it is located in the middle of the centre. The terrace at the back is a great place for breakfast, having a drink and pica pica with friends or just relax with a nice book.
At the little front balcony you can spot all that is happening in the street and will be a connected part of the fiestas. Only 100 meters from beach and boulevard and 5 minutes walk from the train and busstation. The apartment is well maintained. Your host is 24/7 available to make sure you have an unforgettable vacation.

Other things to note
We ask for a security deposit of € 400 in cash. This needs to be paid during the check in procedure. After the check out procedure as taken place and no damage has been found caused by the guests or their family / friends, the deposit will be given back.
If any problem / damages occur during their stay, guests need to inform the host immediately.
Parking is not included and costs € 15 per day
We can arrange taxi transfer till max 4 persons
Tourist Tax is not included and is € 1 per person per day
We can arrange beach towels for € 5 per person, per stay. Request before arrival please.
1x per week we arrange fresh bedlinen packages for stays longer then 1 week.
If guests want to order extra bedlinen packages costs are € 15 per package / per bed
Because of the many tourists that visit Sitges there sadly is a higher risk for pick pockets.
The building has an elevator, air conditioning, heating
All our apartments are very save and easy to lock
If we have an arrival on the same day as guests depart, they need to check out before 11:00 AM.
We can arrange luggage storage until departure for € 5 per suitcase, per day in the centre area
At arrival guests will receive a welcoming package
The public transport is easy and well organised. So only rent a car if you really want to explore the area outside of Sitges / Barcelona centre
Before check-out be aware that you will have to throw away all the garbedge and bottles, put dirty towels in the bathrooms and hang sandy beach towels at the back terrace.
