Important Aspects for Booking Your Stay

1. Payment Methods: Payment is accepted by credit card (with a 3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (with no additional costs).

2. Cleaning Costs:
- For stays of up to one week, the cleaning fee is €200 at the end of the stay.
- For stays of two weeks, an intermediate cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people is carried out halfway through the stay, costing €80, and a full final cleaning at the end of the second week for €200.
- For stays of one month, three intermediate cleanings are included (one halfway through each week), each costing €80, and a full final cleaning at the end of the last week for €200.

3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day during the first 7 days (for those over 18 years old).

4. Low Season Surcharges (from October to April):
- One-month stay: Surcharge of €600 per month for water, electricity, and gas costs based on actual consumption.
- One week or less: Surcharge of €400 per week for heating, electricity, and gas.

5. Late Arrival:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: Surcharge of €45.
- After midnight: Surcharge of €70.
- Sunday or holiday: €50.

6. Security Deposit: The deposit is €2000.
