STAYS OUT OF HIGH SEASON:

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. With its South-West orientation and being very sunny all day, the Villa is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.

We have monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months (November to March) very attractive !!!. Consult them.

Important Payment and Fee Information:

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, here are the extra costs:

1. Payment Methods: You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or bank transfer. The Vrbo Assistance service can be booked with both payment methods, providing customer service and assistance during your stay.

2. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays up to one week: Cleaning fee of €275 at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) costs €90. Final cleaning €275.
- Stays of three weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings, each €90. Final cleaning €275.
- Stays of one month: Three mid-stay cleanings, each €90. Final cleaning €300.

3. Tourist Tax: A tourist tax of €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days applies.

4. Weekly Stay Costs: For weekly stays during the low season (15/10 to 15/04), a supplement of €300 for water, electricity, and gas expenses, based on actual consumption, applies.

5. Monthly Stay Costs: For monthly stays, €800 for water, electricity, and gas expenses, based on actual consumption, applies.

6. Late Check-in:
- From 20:00 to 24:00 hours: Supplement of €45.
- After 24:00 hours: Supplement of €70.
- Check-in on Sundays or holidays: €45.

7. Pets: A supplement of €100 per week applies for pets.

8. Security Deposit: For weekly reservations, the deposit is €800. For monthly reservations, the deposit is €1500.
