Summer Fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the water are amazing. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space to hang out inside and outside on the deck. Getting into the unit was easy, parking was easy, and so was our stay.

Relax or day trip

The property was awesome it was a girlfriend weekend. Very centrally located walking distance to area restaurants and shops. The view was spectacular... noise not bad from Main Street. There was live music in area again you can not hear inside but if you sit on balcony it was good! We had fantastic time, did day trips/tours to area towns ... evenings went to local restaurants that had music and good food, there is a beach walking distance no pool but was perfect for what we were looking for. Second floor had a elevator ... amenities in condo perfect everything you could need. Loved!

Great location, great views!

Communication with the property management was excellent - very responsive and clear. The rental was as described and very clean. You can't beat the location for walking around downtown Sister Bay and having beautiful sunsets in the evening. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Overall a great stay! Location is perfect, can walk to everything in sister bay, and view of water is lovely. Road noise is heavy, but you get used to it, and it’s worth it to be in this location. Lots of space, and added garage parking spot is a HUGE plus! Condo did have some Maintenance issues, and like other reviews have noted, an unpleasant odor that was strong in the entryway. These callouts were passed on to the owners who said they would address them.

Pleasant Place and Convenient

Enjoyed the stay. Felt like the owners must be very tall people since all the chair in the kitchen and dining room were high stools rather than standard chairs. Loved the fireplace and view of the Marina. Can’t think of anything that was missing.

Great location for weekend of family fun

We love staying in Sister Bay with our adult children. There are a lot of fun things to do and the condo is a perfect location for walking or taking a short drive to our favorite places. This is our second stay in this condo. It is exactly as pictured and very well appointed.

Condo by the Bay

There is no better location in Sister Bay than this condo. It is pricy but you get the convenience of being in the center of the town. Had a small issue with the key pad upon arrival as it was not working. The management got me access to a key then. The beds are comfortable but I would suggest the bedrooms need blankets as there are only sheets and a large heavy comforter on the beds and those are too much in summer to sleep under. The condo has nice comfortable furniture and lots of chairs for seating. I would rent again.

Wonderful Stay - Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean & spacious. The bedrooms were roomie & plenty of hangers in the closets. That is not always the case in our previous experiences with VRBO stays. The living area is roomy, too, with a beautiful view of the harbor. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony! Plenty of dishes/glasses in the kitchen. We walked everywhere in downtown Sister Bay. Loved the keypad so we didn’t have to worry about remembering keys. It was really nice to have a garage space. We would highly recommend this condo. Easy & clear communication, as well.

Wonderful Sister Bay Property and Weekend!

We loved staying right in the heart of Sister Bay within walking distance to everything. The unit was right across from the marina, so you had water views from the main room and deck. It was perfect for our family reunion!

Fun Town

Sister Bay is a fun town for a girls weekend. I gave mid to low ratings for a few reasons. Our original reservation was not ready when we arrived in the evening. The property owner did put us in another location for the night but it was such an inconvenience since we had everything unloaded everything and ready for our stay. Come the next day, we were in limbo all day not knowing when we can go back to our original reservation. We finally get in and the place smelled. We did our best to air it out but at this point we were not going to let this or the moving from place to place ruin our trip. Communicating with the PO was through text which is a bit unprofessional in my eyes especially if there’s a big problem like we experienced. After battling back and forth, the PO did refund us a night. Both places we stayed are very updated and homey. Great views and comfortable beds.

Great condo, bad host experience

This is a spacious, beautiful condo, great view and walkable to restaurants and shops. However, when we arrived the condo had not been cleaned. Sheets were in piles, bathrooms were dirty. I texted Michael and he apologized, offered a refund of the cleaning fee and said he would call the cleaners. Great! We told him we were going to dinner and assumed someone could come while we were out. After 45 min with no update, I texted Michael. He said the cleaners couldn’t come until the morning. I said that we wouldn’t be able to wash all 3 sets of sheets prior to bedtime and asked if we could get fresh sets. He said we could go to another unit and get sheets. Frustrated that we had to solve the issue ourselves, we went to find the condo. However, he gave us info for the wrong building (he manages many units) and seemed to be annoyed with us when we had trouble finding it. I tried calling him, but he would not pick up- only text. After I sent him a google map of the building we were in, he realized he gave us info for the wrong building. He gave us the correct info, we found the condo, but the beds were not the same size, so we were only able to get two sets. One of us slept on the mattress pad. We also found cleaning wipes and wiped down the dirty bathrooms. I have never been treated this poorly as a paying guest. This is an expensive condo (in the off-season), and our first night we slept in a dirty condo. If you don’t have any issues, this condo is great
