The space is spacious, bright, and air-conditioned; a comfortable sofa bed invites relaxation, the elegant dining table is positioned to enjoy the view at every meal, and a 55" smart TV accompanies the quietest evenings. From the living room, you can access an equipped balcony, ideal for breakfast with the lake at your feet or for a sunset aperitif.



The American-style kitchen, equipped with high-quality modern appliances, faces west and offers spectacular glimpses while preparing morning coffee or dinner. On the same level, there is a practical storage room and a service bathroom with WC and washing machine.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, but to preserve privacy and tranquility, beach access is limited to a maximum of 4 guests at a time.



The experience is completed by high-speed Wi-Fi and an underground covered garage suitable for vehicles of small dimensions, with useful measurements of 2.50 × 5.00 m and a max height of 1.85 m, so that vehicle compatibility can be easily verified before arrival.



The stay is accompanied by our personalized concierge service: you will be contacted 1 week before arrival via private chat, you will be welcomed in person on the day of check-in and will have continuous assistance until departure.

Check-in is scheduled from 15:00–19:00; for arrivals beyond this time, until 23:30, a supplement of 50 € is required. The facility does not allow pets. A security deposit of 300 € is required, payable in cash or by credit card upon arrival: in case of cash payment, the amount is refunded within 3 working days via bank transfer, unless damages occur; in case of card payment, it is a pre-authorization that, in the absence of damages, is automatically released after check-out.
