Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.

These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.

No Pets: As much as we love animals, we`re unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

No Unapproved Events: Parties or events are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
