It includes a cooktop, combi-microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and kettle, everything needed for effortless meal preparation.Both bedrooms provide comfort and tranquility, each with balcony access. The master bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), ample storage, and a TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe.The spacious bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet, along with an open storage cabinet. A separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and additional storage closet with vacuum cleaner add convenience. Cyclists can use the downstairs storage room for bikes or to charge e-bikes. The key must be returned to the designated location where it was collected.Payments: All bills must be paid in advance.Baby Cots: If a baby cot is available, please note that bed linen is not provided, so be sure to bring your own.Linens & Towels: In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. You can verify this in your booking details.Overnight Visitors: All overnight visitors must be registered and can only stay with prior approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets: Pets are sometimes allowed, depending on the property. Please check the property information. Owners are responsible for their pets, and it's important not to disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth Groups: Groups of young people are not permitted.Business Bookings: Business stays are not permitted in the Vista Maris residences.
