a second bedroom ideal for families or groups, equipped with two bunk beds and a single bed .


The bathroom , functional and well organized, has a comfortable bathtub .
To complete the apartment, an outdoor terrace furnished with a small table, perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.
The house is also equipped with a washing machine and air conditioning in the living room , ensuring comfort even on the hottest days.
