"We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The service was excellent throughout: every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. Requests were answered quickly and handled with care.
We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was spacious and beautifully designed, with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice, and the gym was large and well equipped.
The resort is huge, and it is easy to lose your way at first, but the golf carts make getting around simple. There are several restaurants to choose from. Prices are higher than average for Egypt, but we enjoyed the food. We also liked the evening entertainment at the Citadel lobby, where you can have a drink or a bite to eat.
A couple of things are worth keeping in mind: there is no adults-only pool, and the resort is popular with families, so I imagine there may be quite a few children during peak season. There is also little to do immediately outside the resort; we visited SOHO Square but did not find it particularly interesting.
Overall, a beautiful resort with outstanding staff and a very comfortable stay."
