'We loved Kayla and Rick's house and our stay in Kingston. Beds were very comfy and the house is full of little beautiful details and deco that make it really warm. 'What a lovely property to host a few families with kids while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the large yard and deck. Plenty of space to hang out, cook and most importantly - comfy beds to sleep on. Every room was well stocked with all you could need and the host was great with communication! 'The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. '

The amenities within the home are very basic and the exterior could use some attention to make this home a little more inviting. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the lake, the quaint village of Bath, McKinnon Brothers Brewery, as well as easy access to Hwy 401. I would recommend this home to families with young children because of all the space to safely play.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The interior has been newly renovated, making it fresh, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The location on the lake was perfect — we loved being able to step right outside for canoeing and kayaking. It’s a peaceful spot with beautiful views, ideal for both quiet mornings and active afternoons on the water. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy Prince Edward County.'

The house is set right on the Lake Ontario shore. It is sparkling clean, beautifully and thoughtfully equipped and decorated.
