Hôtel près de Silver Cascade (Kodaikanal)

« Clean room, helpful staff, good omelete breakfasts. Channel selection on cable was bad. I couldn't find a cricket channel. As a matter of fact, most channels don't get any signal. Gret valley view in the morning. Close to Coakers walk and the Lake. »

« Clean rooms and toilets | Good ambience around the resort | Professional spa but starting late to their own convenience | Good service provided by staff »

« During my stay I could hear loud conversations from adjacent cabins. »

« Affordable. »

« Stay was good because of the view of the valley! The room heater was bit noisy! I didn’t find any thermostat for air conditioner either so I am wondering if they have any. Staff were attentive and polite. Food was okay! Not bad! »

« I stayed in a comfortable and spacious Deluxe Room, with a peaceful and pleasant ambience that was perfect for relaxing both mind and body. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. I had opted for the AP plan (All meals included – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was rich in flavour, generously portioned, beautifully prepared, and...

« Yes.. The service is good »

« Le jardin est agréable. Les équipements et leur entretien sont nettement insuffisant. La propreté des serveurs ,malgré leurs charlottes sur la tête , n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous. »

« The bones of the hotel is beautiful, it’s safe, centrally located, the staff is very helpful. There are extras like clean bottled water etc. The 3rd floor restaurant is fabulous and affordable. 👍 The upkeep and basics of the hotel were poor. The lovely glass shower had moldy caulking, the door didn’t close so water got all over the bathroom. The sink leaked and had to be repaired. The fan was coated in dirt. They were super stingy w toilet paper to the point of stranding me once 😳. They...

« The climate, location, staff, environment, hospitality, food everything was awesome. Felt very close to nature during the stay and would strongly recommend the place. and will definitely visit this place again. »

« The homestay is in a great location with beautiful views all around. Service was excellent and the hosts made the stay very comfortable. There’s no mobile network in the area, but the Wi-Fi is decent enough for basic use. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. »

« Disappointing Stay – Failed to Meet Basic 3-Star Expectations Having stayed at properties across different categories, I have reasonable expectations of a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately, Mainland Resorts failed to meet even the basics. Firstly, the property is branded as Kolahalam, making it confusing to locate under the name Mainland Resorts. The only positive was the spacious room with an additional queen bed on a raised platform, convenient for kids. We ordered evening tea from the...
