House description:
The 2014 newly constructed house is located at the end of the Silvaplana village in direction to the Julierpass.
In front of the building you will find a nice children's playground.
To the apartment belongs a garage parking place and also a bike- and ski-room with own ski-locker (central heated) and a laundry room with free use of the washing machine.
Shopping facilities and public transport are close-by. The cross-country trails and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity.
