Sprint Break

We stayed here over Spring Break with the family. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a perfect size. The remodeled bathrooms were so nice, and having three full baths was a plus with teenagers. The location was close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Great location for our girls trip

The house was super clean and well appointed. We ended up having 9 adult women celebrating 50th birthdays. We were very comfortable. The pool in the back yard made our vacation even better. The house was laid out very well and perfect for our five day stay. The beach was a few blocks walk. You could also call Johnnys Free Ride and they will drive you for free and only take tips. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown siesta key which was fun for live music and good food. Theee of the four bikes were functional and we took them down to turtle beach. The roads are bike friendly. Overall this house was perfect and if I come back to siesta key would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our whole family came for this vacation, plus a friend of ours flew in for a few days to join us. We loved it. This was not our first time to Siesta Key, but we have enjoyed each time that we come so much. The location to the beach access from this house is amazing. The backyard pool area is amazing. We very much loved the house and it's location. If I had to have one complaint, it would be the bedroom that had to be accessed by another bedroom. I didn't love that. Would have rather it had it's own entrance. Everything else was great. Any questions I had were answered. Leaving a welcome on the board and welcome cupcakes was a very nice personal touch. We had a great time.

Great stay at Crescent Cottage

Overall, our week long stay over Thanksgiving was wonderful and full of memories. The greeting of cupcakes and Key Lime Pie with a personal note was a nice touch. The bedrooms and baths were fully equipped. And there were extra towels in the hallway closets if needed. There were plenty of beach towels for our crowd, pool noodles, balls, etc. to keep everyone busy and loving hanging out in the backyard pool that had an awesome garden surrounding it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Most bicycles were in good condition and all 4 were used daily. Maintenance arrived same day issue was called in (ants and a running toilet). They supplied a great number of books for those that love to read. Grill looked like it was in great condition although we didn't use it. Nearby beach is great for shelling and fishing. Short ride to larger beach down the road. All in all a very successful week!

Dishwasher did not work for 2 weeks. They thought by giving us a gift card would be fair. We were not looking for money but rather a dishwasher that worked. Lack of hangers, storage, Keurig had to be replaced. The toilet screamed when flushed and was only fixed after many complaints.The outdoor furniture was moldy. Eventually most items were taken care of AFTER we called to complain. We expected this home to be in primo condition upon walking through the door.We were very disappointed in the maintenance of this home.

Location can’t be beat!

This was our first visit to Siesta Key. The location of the Cottage was great and the management staff was super responsive to any request we made. Unfortunately the dishwasher stopped working at the end of our first week but we were compensated with a $100 Visa gift card which was very thoughtful. The beds and other furniture were clean and comfortable. The kitchen sink could use an update. Bathrooms look recently updated and we’re very nice. The outdoor tables were showing their age. The landscape could use a good pruning and clean up. The back fence looked quite dilapidated, probably from the hurricane, and takes away from the beauty of the pool area. There was also a large dead tree at pool area. The pool itself was very clean and tended to weekly. The back storage shed was also in need of some repair. We were left with a shed full of items to use however one of the four bikes was heavily rusted as was the wagon. Overall we had a very enjoyable 2 week stay.

Backyard Oasis

Such a gorgeous backyard! The pool was amazing and ample space to cookout, entertain, take a nap in the hammock or grab a bike / beach chair from the shed and head down to the beach! So sweet of you all to have the custom welcome cupcakes and we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday weekend. One small issue was the cable / internet is spotty. Highly recommend!

Celebration stay!

Wonderful stay!! Celebrating our country on the 4th and our granddaughter turning 13 on the 5th! Pool was a BIG hit and the beach was so close! The layout was perfect for our family of 10 to spread out yet have places to gather for meals, board games and more! Hope to return soon!!

Excellent family vacation!

Our family truly loved it here! The rooms were great. We had a party of 10 and it was just the right size. The 12 and 13 year old just LOVED the pool! We loved having our own beautiful pool and back yard. And the walk to the beach was very , very short. It was such an easy walk. And we loved taking the shuttle to The Village. We hope to come back!

Awesome property

The property was clean. It was stocked with paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), cleaning products, trash bags , hand soap etc, which was super nice. It's a short walk to the beach. Check in was easy. The pool and backyard were amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Wonder property and location. The cottage crew manages the property and they are wonderful!

We had a great time at the Crescent house. !!! It was very clean ,lots of room to spread out. Bathrooms are fabulous and pool area clean. It had new bikes ! it was a short walk to the beach in sort ,it was everything we hoped. The only thing a little odd that people should be aware of is that one must walk through the third bedroom to get to the fourth bedroom.

First the property is listed with four rooms when really room 3 and 4 is one divided into two where you have to go through room 3 to get into room 4. Totally poor cleaning and the sheets were dirty so we had to start by cleaning the bathrooms and luckily we had our own sheets. It is good to point out that when we made the complaints they offered us to take a cleaning club, which was no longer necessary.
