'We booked through Expedia - we were assigned a room very far from the pools, but it was a beautiful walk so we did not mind as much. Although along the walk, you could see many many empty rooms.There was an unusual odor in the room that quickly gave us a headache. We called down to the desk to have someone check it out. 'This property is beautiful and very peaceful a great place to unwind. Pros: Service is Amazing, really Amazing! From our host David checking in each day, to the pool staff and even the lifeguards. They greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed from prompt drink/food and even adjusting umbrellas to make sure we stayed in the shade. 'What a wonderful surprise! The hotel is in the heart of Todos Santos and is a convenient walk to anything/everything. While the room is pretty small, the charm, decor and original feel made you extremely comfortable. Be prepared for the sound of traffic most of the night. Part of the old world charm are original windows that don't provide much sound proofing. Biggest treat was access to their offsite beach club just a little south of town. It. Was. Amazing!!
