Nice apartment in the historic center

Our cozy apartment is located inside a historic residence, a few meters from Piazza del Campo and in front of the Rocca Salimbeni. Located in the heart of the city in a quiet area, it enjoys a splendid panoramic view.
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower both complete with first linens, it is equipped with a washing machine and the utilities are included in the price of the stay. present (water, electricity, gas and wi-fi connection).
Both rooms are large and bright with very characteristic beamed ceilings and enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the center of Siena.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The apartment is in an excellent position, about 100 meters you will meet the wonderful Piazza del Campo where you can taste, sitting in one of the many places, our famous wines and typical Tuscan products ... the Cathedral of Siena is about 5 minutes away on foot as well as the basilica of San Francesco and the church of San Domenico.
In addition, the apartment is less than 300 meters from the bus station for Florence, Rome, Milan and nearby you will have the availability of free and paid parking.
A few steps away you can find pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, internet points, shops selling typical products and any other kind.

We spent 11 days at this lovely apartment. The location was very close to Il Campo, yet was very quiet, with an amazing view over part of Siena as well as the country side. The neighborhood had a laundromat, and a well stocked grocery store. It was wonderful to be greeted every morning with this view. And the sounds of the many birds. Our host, Chiara, was very helpful, and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again….and hope to next year.

Wonderful location

We loved our stay in Chiara's appartment. It is located very closely to all important places, clean and quiet. View from the windows - priceless. Chiara was checking daily via Whatsapp if anything was needed and were very helpful with the car parking options and restaurant selections.

This is a simple and roomy space for up to 4 people. The second bed is in the kitchen area but there was plenty of room even with the bed folded out. Our hosts went above and beyond e.g.booking a taxi for us at the end. Useful shops close by, a lovely view and a short and pleasant walk to the centre.

Perfect In Siena

With three kids, I needed quiet and space, but close enough to Piazza del Campo. This place was perfect. We even cooked in and did laundry, while walking every inch of Siena. Parking is very close and easy. Silvia made it all very easy, even texting to ensure everything was fine. We will be back for sure.

wonderful apartment in a great location

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location, close to everything but in a quiet corner. The view from the bedroom and kitchen is a wonderful panorama of the Siena hills, very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very comfortable and served as a perfect home-base for exploring the city in all directions. The Duomo is spectacular and the Piccolomini Library with the Pinturicchio frescoes are a highlight, but Siena offers so many treasures to discover - all within easy walking distances. I should have started with how easy all the arrangements were and how helpful Chiara was, she made us feel at home from the very beginning. She offered helpful recommendations on local restaurants which made us feel more a part of the neighborhood, and was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the train station. Thank you for terrific hospitality, we look forward to a return visit.

Good location

I think it’s just a personal preference but the unit lacks lighting in the kitchen and living room which has no window. We spent one week in this unit, a long weekend would have sufficed for us due to the lighting issue. There is a beautiful view from the window and the unit is walking distance to everything so that was a plus. For us the unit lacked warmth, just a personal preference.

Central, comfortable, quiet appartment

The description of this property is accurate. We were welcomed by our hostess on arrival. The apartment was clean and attractive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. Our hostess had anticipated our questions with a binder listing recommended restaurants, groceries, how to use the washer and coffeemaker. A bowl of contacts for tours, excursions, etc. was provided. Our stay of 10 days was completely comfortable. The apartment is close to everything in the historic center (5-15min) without having to negotiate a lot of hills. Good for seniors. The apartment is quiet and in a charming location - little church next door, tiny art cinema tucked in the corner, palace across the street. Absolutely gorgeous view out the bedroom window. We sat at night, drinking wine, and overlooking a roman arch and what I am guessing was a lighted church in the distance. Finally, if you are (as we were) exhausted at the end of the day, there is a good restaurant, a good pizza joint, and a good gelato shop right around the corner. Great stay. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Siena. This apartment was perfect for our trip. Our host was amazing. She really went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. The apartment has a great view to the east. It is very close to the center city of Siena. It has a fully equipped kitchen, clothes washer, and is well heated. The bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were great. We would definitely stay here again.
