The description and pictures of the unit only showed the interior! The exterior had stairs! Both my husband and I are #1 in our 80's and neither one can maneuver stairs! 1st issue, 2nd issue was the codes to get in, was changed by someone and not relayed to you so after 45 minutes of trying to get into the unit, we had to call another number besides yours, as VRBO could not help us, finally got into the unit, but not with the code, so used the keys all the time, Opened the door, and it was very nice inside, but looking at everything, nothing at all for handicap/older adults. So we were very miserable, I have trouble sleeping so i can sleep on a couch with difficulty, but I tried the brown couch, maybe stuffed with feathers, as it sunk to the frame! Horrible unless you weigh under 50 #'s. The main bed had 9 decorative pillows, two that weighed well over 5 pounds and my husband did okay in the bed I lasted about 20 minutes. Not the fault of anyone but me, but I tried the smaller couch that was very comfortable, however a small couch.but I sort of slept in a very hard chair, altho very pretty! and with the ottoman.took showers without any handicap bars! used toilets without any handicap grab handlesCabinets in kitchen are stocked to the ceiling with bowls, plates, etc. when those of us cannot reach above the first shelf! Please in the future be sure the accommodations of your units owners make full disclosures if they want all customers to all be potential customers.
