« Les photos des chambres et de l'hotel ne refletent pas du tout la realité ;. hotel délabré , repere de paumés ou junkies..... à deconseiller et retirer du catalogue ! Des cafards de 3cm parcourent le sol ... des trous dans les murs , et chasse d'eau qui fuit en permanence... le sol est noir .. ne pas circuler pied nus .... nous avons changé d'hotel le lendemain ! »

« Our experience was really good. It was our 1st stay here. We chose to stay here for Red,White and Kaboom on July 3rd.
The people that stood out for service was (in chronological order) Johnnie from the Valet, Nini from the front desk, Carl from the Terrace Grille bar and Anginette from Customer Care, due to a billing issue.
The rooms were nice and clean,as was the hotel itself. It's a very walkable area too. If there was any negative, the area is downtown and can be a little noisy....
