'The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend. '

'Close to beach 5 minute walk and the marina a 15 minute walk. It was a lovely place to stay. Not suitable if you can’t walk up/down inclines. '

'This property is perfectly located overlooking Dutchman's beach, a stones throw from the ocean and reasonably priced. It’s located in a quiet area with a full kitchen and two bedrooms with a door to separate the lounge. My kids enjoyed being able to duck down to the beach with ease and I really enjoyed watching the sunsets and enjoying the birdlife. 'This was a cute self contained studio nestled to the rear of a block of units. comfortably furnished with a fresh beachy vibe & lovely white linen & towels. I did get a bit of noise from the neighbours comings & goings, especially as they had kids & kept windows open, & especially if they came to drop stuff in their bins as they were located nearest to the studio. 'Enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is provided, though property is looking a bit tired overall, photos may need updating. The issue with property entry fobs is a security risk - garage was opening by itself at times when other residents were coming and going . Short walk through bush to the beach is nice. Overall comfortable stay. and excellent check-in process by caretaker. Would consider staying here again.'

'Nice apartment but we had three problems. The first was access. There is no indication on the website that it is anything other than a level easy access. In fact there is a long, steep set of stairs to negotiate every time one needs to go to or from the apartment. No problem at all for healthy young people but not so good for my 90 year old mum who was basically confined to the unit and the little patch of grass outside. Second problem was hopeless cleaning before our arrival. The dining table...
