'The carpet is a one giant door mat. No separation of what your shoes can track inside. Other than that, it was the essential. A bed, a shower, tv, chair, and dresser.'

'This hotel is in a wonderful location! Such a clean and quaint area! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly & the accommodations were clean and very comfortable! I would highly recommend and we’re planning another visit!'

'Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable. The ambiance created by the hotel design was relaxing. The rooftop was a nice surprise. The only negative was that the listing said beach access and it was not by the beach. However downtown Norwalk and the beach area is less than a 10 minute drive. Will be returning.'

'I couldn’t even make it to the room because there was a homeless person in the hallway, a couple of people were arguing on the phone, and a family was waiting for the receptionist. The hotel looked dirty and I don’t recommend it to anyone.'

'1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. They recently remodels all the rooms but cheaped out on the bed. 2: There is a ton of noise from cars and pedestrians nearly around the clock, and the walls are paper thin. 'This is a downtown location with a bit limited parking but otherwise has a small restaurant in it and good coffee area. Within walking distance of some good restaurants and is in safe area. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well.'

'This is my third or fourth night staying here in a couple of months. Generally it’s fine for the money. Bare bones. Nice beds. Comfortable. But this last time, the TV remote only worked if I was 3 inches away from the TV and the hot water took about 10 minutes to warm up in the evening. It warmed up right away in the morning.'
