We were extremely upset with this stay. Cutting a very long story short, we arrived and the cleaner was there until 3.30pm, the house was not cleaned properly. The bbq was putrid and even thou we cleaned it for hours it caught on major fire, no extinguisher, no fire blanket, meat ruined. Tissues, socks, and a used C* was found under one bed, knives beside another, broken glass on kitchen floor child cut foot, mouse pooh in draw, the list goes on. Worst thing is thing is when speaking with Manager, she said "oh we did have some ferrals in before you and that would be the reason why, however don't know what is going on with the cleaners, they had 4 days to clean it before you came in"! However now 10 days later she has changed her story, we are not liars, we cleaned up for the cleaners! I am so unhappy with how were are treated after helping them by cleaning for them, no called liars in not so many words, have gone directly to Stayz to sort this situation as I am getting no where.
