« I left after I saw the property, as a solo female traveler I did not feel safe there the front door is right by the “bed” which is a very small uncomfortable futon, I didn’t feel like the locks were secure to the front door, the bathroom was tiny you can barely even get in there, the comforter and sheets were worn and the whole place has a weird smell. It was awful I will be very careful about where I stay from now on after this experience. »

« We were given some devastating news in mid October that our dog not only had cancer but that it had metastasized and said goodbye to her on 11/7. If we thought we were heartbroken when we got that news, it wasn’t even close to the pain we’ve felt and continue to feel since our goodbye. « Great location in downtown Winchester, very walkable to restaurants and stores. House is old and decoration interesting. For 3 of us for 2 nights it was just fine, if more guests and a longer stay the 1 bath tub with a shower over the tub would get old. Also no one can touch any other water source when someone is showering, blistering water comes out the shower. House was clean, kitchen perfect for what we needed. »

« Very friendly host who made communications easy. We left our iPad behind and they called us right away. The apartment was large, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom renovation was beautiful with a great shower. It is about a block from the C&O trail plus free parking on the property. »

« The flat is adorable, very well kept, and centrally located in town. The owners, Sam and Jeff, have thought of so many little touches that make their flat feel like home. Sam, who is often working downstairs in Creekside Provisions, gave us tons of ideas for restaurants and things to do. She even made a dinner reservation for us! We had the best time in Berkeley Springs, and a big reason was the lovely stay we had in the Creekside Flat. »
