After having this booked for months I spent over 90 minutes speaking to hotels.com the night before check in as we had not received any instructions. I was re-assured we would get them by 1pm the next days. 1pm came and you guessed it. « Having stayed a few times over the years we knew what to expect . As usual all the staff were helpful and cheerful.
However we stayed in room 6 overnight on a very hot day and night so the room was very uncomfortably hot and made sleeping a problem. We did notice there was an air conditioning unit in the ceiling which was not operating and there was no way to control it. However, the wifi did not work for me, and the TV kept cutting out, but the bed was comfortable.
