'Überaus freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmereinrichtung. Viele kleine liebevolle Details wie zum Bsp. klassische Musik läuft, wenn man das Zimmer betritt. Kleine köstliche Kuchen stehen als Geschenk bereit. Alles sehr hochwertig. Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Frühstücksauswahl war sehr gut. '

'Prima hotel, voldeed helemaal aan de verwachtingen. Alleen het ontbijt was redelijk, English breakfast was goed, het ontbijt buffet was beperkt en het continental ontbijt was zelfs minimaal.
De douche had op beide kamers een te lage waterdruk.'

'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning.
Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet.
What else is there to mention? Free...

Terrible stay. Upon arrival we had to wait to check in. No greeting, no explanation, just a key handed over by an unfriendly receptionist. Absolutely no sense of hospitality.
The room was far from clean: stained bedding, mold in the bathroom, and a damaged wall. The phone didn’t even work, which meant I had to go to reception in the middle of the night when my friend became sick. The staff showed no empathy at all, even laughed at the situation, and said cleaning could only be done the next...

'The property has an imposing stance and even before entering, suggests a degree of elegance and style. The start was not good, however, as upon entering the room, I found that it had not been serviced. I cannot remember if I received an apology - suggesting that maybe I didn't - but the hotel deducted the price of two bottles of wine from a dinner for 8 as a paliative. Once serviced, the room was fine. It was well appointed, but cold initially as for understanable reasons of cost, the heating...
