Clean, cheap and cheerful
Really nice clean little b&b with friendly staff. Its in a lovely area close to main holiday parks. The shower was a little small but otherwise it was fine and good value for what we paid. We’d be happy to stay there again. Ideal for people visiting families on the local holiday parks.

Wonderful host and great accommodation
The host was wonderful and made us feel very welcome, going that extra mile for us. The location is lovely, very peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation is great, and we loved the fact that there was a kitchen and dining area too.

Beautiful B&B - Highly Recommended
Fabulous B&B. Very clean big en-suite bedroom with separate sitting/dining area, also outside 'patio' area with table and chairs. Continental breakfast was amazing, the shared kitchen area was topped up several times a day, with fresh fruit, juices, cold meats, cheese, cereals, bread, tea, coffee & lots more and everything was spotlessly clean. Very highly recommended.

Lovely place with plenty of food
Lovely stay at Hogwarts B&B for a little UK trip. We felt very well looked after by Michael and his wife. Plenty of food supplied for guests, with lots of choice for continental breakfast. Well placed to get to the nearby beaches yet tucked away in a quiet area. Best to have a car for ease of getting around. Would happily stay here again.

A little piece of heaven.
We had 2 nights here. The place is spotlessly clean. The room is really lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The owner cannot do enough for you. There is an endless supply of snacks available 24 hours a day, you just help yourself anytime. Excellent variety of hot and cold drinks too, all included in the price. The surrounding area is very peaceful. We are already planning our next visit and this will be a regular getaway for us. I would highly recommend it.

Clean and pleasant. Friendly, helpful host, though his political views are not for the sensitive. Very generous breakfast and snacks available all day. Only one quibble. Real coffee not available. Needs a proper coffee machine. Excellent value for money. Chest out, stomach in, knees straight, thumbs in line with your trouser seams!

Our stay was amazing, more than you could have asked for. They were accommodating from the very first moment. The accommodation was pristine and comfortable. There was food available if needed, and always with a smile. Parking was outside the accommodation and within easy walking distance. Has all the little things that you look for during your stay. I cant praise this accommodation more! The management deserve the same praise. They are hospitable and checked in regularly to make sure that all was well.

Mike was so lovely and welcoming. The facilities were clean and there was plenty of food to choose from for breakfast. The only negative was that fact i could hear people coming in and out of their room quite early in the morning so it woke me up but apart from that i couldnt fault our stay.

I was staying at Hogwarts for 1 night as I came for friend's wedding near by. The B&B offered everything I needed: was warm (end of Feb), very clean, had en-suite bathroom/shower, was quiet. It offered a continental breakfast with lots of teas/coffees, juices to chose from 24/7.For breakfast I could have a toast with jam/peanut butter etc, yogurts and a variety of fruits.I honestly don't remember all that was there as I just briefly whizzed in but the kitchen looked fully stocked up for visitors who would enjoy a continental breakfast (self-service). All that included in a very reasonable price per night.The owner himself is an utmost friendly person who made sure my short stay at Hogwarts was a pleasant,enjoyable and comfortable one. I would definitely recommend.

Hogwarts is a little differant from the averave B & B, in a good way, a continental breeakfast is made available in the kitchen, rather than a typical full english, which is preferable for us.

We arrived at Hogwarts at 4pm to find the power was down and were told by Mike the owner that it would be back on by 5pm. After a 41/2 hour journey and attending a private function at 7pm we were in need of showers and electricity to charge our phones. I told mike this. The power didn’t come back until we had to leave so therefore no showers could be had! Although I know this wasn’t the iwners fault, I would expect that when a site is available for rental, it would have a generator. The owner also said the power was off everywhere which wasn’t the case as the sites around it had power. Mike also promised to book us a taxi which he never did! This along with the power led to much anxiety as we were late to the venue and felt unkempt all evening ! No updates were given and no apologies or infact understanding . In fact it seemed as the owner thought it was funny. Very very disappointed in my stay and would suggest that the owners invest in a generator to prevent this happening to any other guests. No mention of a refund was offered to compensate for our inconvenience.

Very out dated caravan, mold dotted around in the bathroom. Bathroom and whole caravan smelt bad of mold and train toilets. Oven did not work unless you had a lighter and happy to stand holding the gas down whilst cooking. The shower or maybe the not shower! So when the water actually come out the shower it was hot for around 30 seconds then cold. Once full of soap the water would just then cut out completely. So email confirmation stated check out was 11, being disturbed at 10 to say that is check out I said no my email said 11 and the maid just comes in whilst I was trying to get dressed to get the washing! Overall very very disappointed and will not be returning.

Peaceful and quiet area with great accommodation; comfy homelike feeling; access to communal kitchen filled with snacks and fruit and juices available at all times; nice assortment of breakfast foods.
