'Very quiet area, very comfortable space, and clean and nicely furnished'

'I was up here for work and stayed two nights. Very comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and dining. Plenty of shaded street parking.'

'So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.'

'We were just in town for a show downtown but this loft was a perfect distance from that for us to have a peaceful rest. The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. Even the parking situation was idea for my large truck. '

'The host was accommodating however the room smelled and the french doors were glass where anyone could break into the room easy. We also had spiders in our bed. I think for the cleaning fee, the cleaners should do a better job. I wouldn't stay here again. '
