'Hotel is not bad, but entrance is inconvenient, and too little power outlets, of which positions are also very inconvenient.'

'Keurig hotel vlakbij winkel en eetgelegenheden, metro ingang tegenover hotel. Times aquare is 1 halte verder.'

'Great hotel within walking distance to many areas. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room large for Hong Kong hotel rooms and very clean and tidy. Gary Australia'

'Nice view. Not a 5 star hotel service. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping or fresh towels. Apparantly there is also a busseevice but no one informed us. Rooftoppool is nice. We couldn't use it the 1st day because of a typhoon warning. Communiation about this was very poorly also. '

'I was arrived from NY early and arrived Hotel around 6:00am, but hotel reception refused to give me room, I had to wait and keep requesting for a room at least for a shower after 20 hours flight. After repeated requesting 3 times at around 10:00am, the staff told me that I could get pre check if I pay $450, in other word there were rooms available but they didn’t let me check in earlier! When I going to leave, I requested a late check out at 1:00pm but they said I have to check out at 12:00...

'Kamer was precies zoals beschreven.

'Grateful and appreciative of the front desk or reception people for helping a first timer like us. Very cheerful and always smiling'

'Hotel location is very convenient and walking distance to many restaurants and shoppings.'

'I always stay at this hotel when I come to Hong Kong. '

'Good value for money. Clean. Good bed. Spacious. '

'Zeer behulpzaam personeel, in het bijzonder housekeeping team, in het bijzonder Kathy! '
