Hôtel récent, bien agencé, bien situé, assez cher
Tout était parfait. Sauf : Le pupitre où se trouve centralisées les commandes d'éclairage doit être appris avec attention. Vous devez faire attention par exemple au risque d'allumer par inadvertance un témoin extérieur très discret indiquant au room-service de ne pas venir faire votre chambre et de la retrouver le soir comme vous l'avez laissée le matin en la quittant. Les viennoiseries du petit-déjeuner ne sont pas fameuses.

Si la chambre n'est pas libérée en début d'après-midi, elle ne sera pas faite avec un mot glissé sous la porte : Sorry we missed des you. As you asked for privacy, we were unable to service your room, même si vous n'êtiez plus présent pour avoir pu demander de ne pas être dérangé.

HOTEL EXCELLENT
Séjour excellent. Chaque mois depuis le mois d'avril 2016, je séjourne dans cet établissement. Nous avons un accueil personnalisé. Tout est excellent. Les chambres, le service, le personnel et les restaurants. Excellent emplacement au cœur de Shanghai. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Cela fait 10 ans que je vais en Chine et pour moi, It's the Best.

"Simplement Exceptionnel"
Simplement Exceptionnel, tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, les commodités sont géniales, les alentours aussi. Bref, un superbe hôtel.

Excellent ! breakfast cher mais délicieux et très copieux. Qualité des produits frais.... Déco design mais un peu froid.... excellent service et très bon emplacement ... N'hésitez pas à faire un tour avec la voiture rose de l'hôtel, très funny...

I paid for one bedroom suite ended up with a studio room, hotel need to remodel room feel old and dated, service was great and convenient I would stay somewhere else newer for the money!

I love the location, staff,design of the hotel. Everything is perfect. Only thing i can think of is to have a box of tissue next to the bed for convenience, but it doesnt have.

Stay here for excellent hotel staff - Melanie, Zora, Sharon, and the whole team really elevate this hotel vs competitors. The location is super cool and there's a fun area right across with shops, restaurants, a couple of craft beer places, and a cocktail bar, all in front of the mall. Every hotel around here has the location but the staff is the differentiator.

Lovely stay at The Langham Shanghai, great service
A lovely stay at The Langham, centrally located in the city, and the Metro station just around the corner. The room is comfortable, clean and well presented. The best part are the staff, they were helpful and courteous. The doormen are all very helpful, especially Andy, who is deaf but he made you feel very welcome and always come over to say hi, excellent customer service and great to see the diversity of staff in the hotel. The housekeeping staff too, highly efficient and providing more of the coffee pods and tea we like without having to ask. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time. Highly recommended.

The Langham Shanghai was the perfect location to walk and explore the city. The room was large and full of modern amenities. I would stay again if I go back to the city.
