Perfect hotel but 1 negative thing is that they make an extra reservation on your creditcard for 1000RMB/ day. Its a hotelpolicy they give me that answer because they think you will spend that every day ....?!

zakenhotel met schitterend uitzicht
netjes, schoon, luxe en aparte check-inn voor regency club floor met bijbehorende lounge. Hierin goede "gratis" borrel van 5 tot 8 met uitgebreide sortering happen zodat je eigenlijk niet meer uit eten hoeft

Disappointing
We had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. The first room the carpets/floor hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs of food all over the floor and on the chair within the room. We informed the front desk, who were actually very good, and were told it would be cleaned by the time we were back from a walk. It hadn't been cleaned some 5 hours later so they move us. The second room was the same but also had hair in the sink and bath where the room hadn't been cleaned. Again, I complained and 45 mins later they moved us. The last room was good but the air-conditioning was not good enough considering the current temperature in Shanghai. I guess they use power saving at night to reduce their costs and so during the night is got warmer and warmer till around 7 when it started to feel cooler again. Overall, the hotel is tired and in need of renovation. I would say it's not worth the money it cost.

Poor service great facilities, views and location
Service was quite poor from the door. My family had 5 large suitcases and some bags but we waited for a while for a bellboy or any staff at the entrance of the hotel. Had to go in and ask the person checking temperature to help and bring a trolley as well. Later, one of the staff came to help luckily but did not expect this from a five star hotel since every other hotel we have been in SH or else where had great luggage service. I told the staff at reception about the luggage situation and was totally ignored. The only saving grace was the view of the bund, the bar and the facilities: swimming pool and hot tub. Staff at the fitness facilities were super friendly.

Hot spot but is it too hot?
Hotel with fabulous views, great restaurant with Sunday champagne brunch and excellent club service. My only complaint is that the ac in restaurants and club lounge is poor- a much mentioned complaint so I’m surprised still not rectified.

お風呂が日式だったのが感動しました。ただ、カビも目立つため、もう少し清掃に力を入れて頂きたいです。 クラブラウンジは、お料理がとても美味しく大満足でした！また利用したいです。

Beautiful views, petty issues, worth the price
The view was beautiful although the shape of the building allows you to view inside other guests rooms and them yours. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and beautiful. The carpet, chair and other decor were in need of a good cleaning or replace them to update. The room temperature was very warm. We tried to turn the heat down and off, but it was very warm all night. Hotel bar is has an amazing view with many cocktails choices and a short list of food options. The pool and locker rooms were bright, beautiful and spacious, but you must have a swim cap or purchase one for 120rmb.

眺望がgood!!
シティービューの部屋を選びましたが、外滩の眺めが見える眺望の良い部屋でした。また、ルーフトップバーからは浦东の摩天楼と外滩が一望できます。宿泊客は入場料無料なので、昼と夜の2回行って景色を楽しむのも良いと思います。1点、エレベーターはルームカードをタッチして乗ることになっていますが、4機並んでいるエレベーターの方は、ルームカードをタッチしてボタンを押してもすぐに消えて反応しませんでした。ルームカードを変えてもらっても同じ現象が起きたので、エレベーターのほうに問題があるかもしれません。

Food top - condition needs improvement.
Very good food, breakfast and Happy Hour offerings were delicious, free drinks for Happy Hour if you book club rooms. However, view from the club rooms to the skyline is not the best. Great location. Overall the Hotel needs a deep renovation - mediocre condition of rooms and public areas do not make you feel like 5 stars.

Phenomenal view of the Bund from the rooftop bar. Amazing location. Right in the centre of everything! Walking distance to the Bund, major shopping areas and short taxi ride to the beautiful Yu Gardens. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful! 다른 곳을 추천드립니다.
뷰는 좋았고 서비스도 너무 좋았지만, 아래가 공사중이어서 29층임에도 밤에 소음때문에 잠들기 어려웠습니다. 그리고 용접 불빛때문에 창문을 열어놓고 잘 수도 없었습니다... 조식도 너무 맛이없어서.. 서비스 빼고는 별로였습니다. 특히 화장실에서 찌린내가 너무 심하게 나서.. 다음엔 다시 안가려구요

3泊しました。とても綺麗で景色もよく、快適でした。 少し気になったところは、次の2点です。 ①窓の汚れが目立った(上海の夜景目的でこのホテルにしたので、少し残念) ②5人での宿泊であったため、2部屋予約し、事前にコネクティングルーム(ジョイントルーム)をお願いし、了承してくれていたが、当日、2部屋の間にあるドアは鍵がかかっていた。(フロントに電話したら対応していただけました) 全体的には、コスパもよく、いいホテルだと思います。

ハイアットオンザバンドの6階リバービューに宿泊しました。下の階ですが、眺望良く、夜の夜景は本当に最高でした。お部屋の広さ、ベッドのふかふか加減、バスルームも良かったですが、トイレに鍵、ウォシュレットが無いのが残念です… スタッフの対応も良く、片言の英語と翻訳アプリで大体通じます。朝ご飯のビュッフェは、値段は高めですが、種類も多く美味しいので食べる価値ありです。
