Good hotel but better do not order room service
Great pool. Good rooms. Good location. Nice people. What I did not like is that you have to get a paper at the reception to get a towel at the pool + that I could not eat at the tables next to the pool side + that the pool bar was only open in the weekend + that the pool already closed at 19h... Their room service looks like fast food... an outside company comes to deliver food in a box and in jars... so it is like a fast food service at hotel prices...

Aangenaam efficiënt super geweldig vriendelijk personeel overal met extra speciaal Juan (receptie) en Oscar (restaurant). Het ontbijt zo goed krijg je het nergens. Dineren kun je beter ergens anders want ongezellig en niet met passie dus gewoon niet doen helaas. Verder zeer aanbevelenswaardig

Supervriendelijke en hartverwarmend personeel wat ons verblijf zeer aangenaam maakte ondanks het feit dat het bed niet zo comfortabel was. Het ontbijt is een 10+ voortreffelijk. Kortom zeker aanbevelenswaardig

Netjes,vezorgd en behulpzaam
Het ontbijt is super, de medewerkers van het hotel zijn behulpzaam en het zwembad is lekker na een halve dag in de zon te hebben gelopen. Hotel is ongeveer 20min lopen van het oude centrum of je gaat met de bus die vlakbij stopt. Aeropuertobus stopt bij het hotel,ideaal..koste enkeltje €4. Een minpuntje..het bed is hard maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

leuk hotel ,
is vernieuwd , het personeel was hulpvaardig , maar men moest geduldig wachten , is typisch voor Spanje , de airco deed het maar half op de kamer en dit bij temperturen van 40 graden en meer , men regelde het verloop geteimd , bv het ontbijt was tot 10h30 en geen minut later was de deur reeds gesloten veel personen moesten afdruipen , jammer voor dit hotel dat meer verdient .

Geweldig hotel kom hier al jaren als ik in Sevilla ben. Na de laatste ervaring met Melia Lebreros en hun Level kamers helemaal om. Alles klopt.

La propreté est très bien, le petit déjeuner parfait, du choix. L’isolation est limite entre les chambres. À mon goût un peu loin du centre ville, il y a bien des transports mais en vacances je préfère marcher pour découvrir….cependant j’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cette hôtel. À vous de voir les chambres spacieux et hôtel vraiment propres et le personnel tres bien.

Perfect hotel
Easy check in, friendly staff. They allowed us to leave our bags prior to checking in which was handy. We also ordered from the room service and the food was delicious. The bed was huge and so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Embora a localização seja boa com shopping centers e loja do El Corte Ingles, o hotel fica um pouco afastado dos pontos turísticos. O Hotel tem concepção dos anos 1970 e 1980, grande embasamento e lâmina de quartos...A calefação era fraca, quarto ficou frio, pedi para aumentar e a recepcionista disse que era uma central e nao tinha como aquecer mais...A porta do banheiro, em vidro, nao tinha vedação o que complica no caso de 2 hospedes...O chuveiro estreito tinha apenas um para águas curto, assim sendo o banheiro ficava inundado. Não havia sucção dos vapores deixando não só o banheiro cheio de fumaça como as janelas embaçadas de vapor...SEm contar a mola muito dura na porta principal, vi hóspedes mais velhos que não conseguiam abrir a porta para entrar.
