« First staff is amazing an quick. Rooms are good. The grand is one of my favorites causes it’s straight across from The Academy Center. »

« Wonderful hotel overall. Very lovely rooms with good amenities. My one complaint is that whatever they clean the bathrooms and desks with makes them incredibly tacky and sticky. Not pleasant to walk on or touch. Still, will definitely stay there again and be sure to bring some sandals or slippers. »

« No amenities, no restaurant, no bar or bar options, pool not available(empty), ice machine not working, tub would fill up with water when having a shower, shower faucet was stiff and hard to operated. Extremely dated hotel. Cheap but too dated. Staff were polite but at check I was not asked how my stay was. Probably because they are used to getting rather brutal answers. »

« While it provided a decent enough shelter for an overnight stay, it is not recommended if you can help it. The condition of this place is deporable. The actual building is in need of repair. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ventilation, musty room smells. Though we were able to change rooms at request, there was still stained furniture and long hairs in the shower of the new room. It is conveniently located if you are there for LU ceremonies, but the hwy noise pollution is a bit much overnight....

« I'm not the type to write a negative review but this place has definitely deteriorated in the past 4 years since last staying here and over the past twenty years of staying here off and on. I even remember when this hotel was originally built and opened. I felt concerned with my safety with some of the people staying here.. or actually living here in what seems long term. This place was rundown. The bathroom ceiling was dripping down water from above and I'm sure with the bubbling of the plaster...

« Older building. Front desk great! Shocked to find a nearly empty Modelo beer can fall out when I closed my blackout curtains at arrival. Found small orange cracker crumbs in desk seat. I checked in so late I didn’t bother notifying the mgmt. juice machine broken at breakfast. Had eggs, biscuits n gravy, waffles, yogurt, & cereal as options. (No sausage or bacon option) »

« Un problème est survenu à 1h30 du matin: l'alarme incendie de notre chambre a commencé à émettre un 'bip' toutes les 20 secondes et ce jusqu'à notre départ à 9h. Le front desk fermait à 23h. Alors on a dû endurer. Pas une nuit reposante. »
