Outside, there's a large front area with space for up to 5 vehicles, plus a shower to get rid of all the sand when you get back from the beach.
To the rear of the house, you can relax in the perfectly manicured landscaped garden, equipped with a large wooden terrace, deckchairs, a WEBER barbecue and a heated infinity pool.

Garden level: bright entrance hall leading to a large living area with lounge, table football, dining room and open-plan kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace and pool for an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The ground floor also features a suite with dressing room and beautiful shower room.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own dressing room and shower room or bathroom, including 2 bedrooms with incredible sea views that are breathtaking from the moment you wake up. All rooms have top-of-the-range bedding, hairdryers and are prepared for your arrival with linen, bathrobes, slippers and l'Occitane en Provence products.

The basement is perfectly equipped for your leisure activities, with a gym with shower, sauna and cinema room for all ages to enjoy!
The basement also has a 5th independent extra bedroom (blind room with no windows) with its own shower room and toilet.
In the garage, you'll find plenty of bikes, as well as 2 kayaks and 1 paddle to make the most of your holiday.
